Default Hey, Anybody Going To Route 66 in S.B.?

This event is huge, I went once a few years ago. I was thinking about going this year, but I was just curious as I haven't seen any other posts about this on here. I guess Sat is the best day to go, & that way I can make it to the Petersen on Sun . So is it just a given that everyone is going or the opposite?

Thought about it, but it is a pretty large event. I am having too many visions of long lines for everything from cruising to portapotties to food.

I'll be there. I go every year. One of the nations largest car shows. I see plates from all over the US. They cut off registration at 2,448 vehicles. Several hundred thousand people attend each year but it's spread out over many blocks. I usually end up walking around for five to six hours, then cruise a few laps Saturday night. Even with that I'm not sure I see everything.
