Default Skyline...busted Zo6 Spring!

Took a trip up 9 & Skyline Thursday afternoon...Busted right rear passenger side of spring! Anybody have anything lying around for sale??? Thanks.....Phil.....

Phil, did you install cutouts on your exhaust too?
Sorry to hear about your spring, but glad to hear you
and your car are safe! I have a stock rear spring in my
garage, I think it's FE4. I know your looking for a Z06
spring, but if you need something so you can drive your
car for now let me know Mike
I checked this morning it's FE1.

Mike, thanks once agian....You saved Merzoffs car, now mine....we will see you tommorrow As for the cutouts....I dont got them....the cars loud enough already

When I first saw the title of your Post, I was thinking, "busted" for speeding.
Law enforcement many times hangs out up there, especially for the two wheel racers.

Phil, glad to hear things will be OK and Mike rides in to the rescue once again

Whats up with these springs guys? I remember Mike burned his, but another failure in two months............?

Default Thanks guys....

Yeah the car made it home fine....and I didn't realize that it was busted until the next day...washing and waxing it.....and cleaning the chrome plates underneath the car.....and seeing the crack straight through..and the tire right on the wheel well..But thanks to 00SHARK.....I'll have that shhhh fixed in a half an hour!

Thanks to 00SHARK for the spring and Merzoff for the jack stands....Car is ready for Oct 2nd......Its rare to have guys like these on any other car forum not always looking out for number 1....I appreaciate the whole gang in the Bay Area for looking out....You all know who you are....

Glad to hear you are back on the road...

My clutch went out without so much as a warning shot yesterday... It will be rebuilt and ready for the road course event.
