[CA] Short Caravan With Northeasterner?

Folks,

I've posted several times to the Pacific portion of the forum asking for advice on our Route 66/Pacific Coast Highway trip in our 2003. Some of you have asked when we would be heading up from Santa Monica and brought up the idea of a small caravan. We would love to see some of you folks who have been so helpful, so here are the particulars:

1) We're leaving the Radisson Huntley in Santa Monica at approximately 10:00 in the morning on Saturday, April 9th.

2) We will be heading up the Pacific Coast Highway to a friend's place near San Luis Obispo.

3) We have to get places, so this is rain or shine.

4) We're not especially pressed for time (this isn't one of our 600 mile days), so we can stop for points of interest, etc.

Is anybody interested in caravaning either part or the whole of the route with us?
