[Misfits] Who's going to be at Ribfest?
As the subject states, who's planning on being at the Ribfest? I guess you can't pre-register, you just have to show up, am I right? I'll see you all there!

Yea, I guess there was at first, but from what I've been emailed and told the Corvette show will be on Saturday the 13th. Registration is until 1pm.

Since I live in NE St. Pete, and that's 5-minutes from me, I will
venture down...and see what's what...?
If there is a few of us we should try to stage somewhere so our
cars are all together.

Well, I got the car down there BEFORE it began, so after it stopped
it wasn't that bad to wipe and dry. By 11:00 it was Sunny and okay.
Another voter-fraud trophy presentation though
But I met a good many people and the weather turned nice

I didn't turn my car # anyway for that reason. But when 15-20
cars of any club(not the host club) roll in, and they vote ONLY for
their people and cars more deserving are left out...it's a joke.
I've been noticing this more and more, and today I noticed OTHER
people noticing...ha
I'll gladly pay my $20 for the show as I certainly know the costs
involved(Race Rock), but I don't see myself entering my car as
much.

well thats the nice thing about the UCP show...TBV people aren't eligible for PC....oh well when I can be a contender..I will worry about it...probably start throwing money at it after the Australia trip..figuring out what I want now and if I could get a dependable paint guy

...as it should be if they are the host club. But what can still happen is
another club roll in and stuff the ballot box, so to speak. It doesn't so
much bother me personally, but it looks ridiculous.

yeah, I heard the voting went a little screwy. My father was down there with his 96CE lt-4 vert with the red interior. I could not make it as I was working. He said they had a pretty good turnout though.
