[SMC] Any interest in an IDPA Match 4/10/04 and Guncraft 4/7/04 ?

Not exactly corvette related... Anyhow, about a month ago I posted about a IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) match. This saturday 4/10/04 it's going on again. It's going to be in Greeneville, TN. Exit 36 off I81. I'm going to be up there shooting and having fun. If anyone wants to go it'd be great to have you come with us. It's free the first time. Wednesday I'm going to be shooting at Guncraft around 5:30 - 6:00. We could shoot and then meetup with trogdor for dinner and maybe catch a movie. :seeya

I am booked solid this week and gone Thursday to Columbus...doubling back to North Atlanta Car Show on the 10th.

Just curious, I don't even own a pistol at the current time (are 12 guage pistol grip shotguns allowed?)...where is this held in Greeneville?

As far as I know. There were a couple of guys there last month competing in the shotgun match. I didn't stick around cause a friend needed to head back home, but friends told me they were shooting a Benelli with a pistol grip. It's the tactical shotgun in American Rifleman a couple issues back.

Shotgun isn't really my cup of tea or I would elaborate more.
