Valentine's Day at Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC - Anyone interested?

Hi Guys/Gals:

It turns out that I have 10 rooms blocked off for Friday/Saturday 13/14 of February at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. I've got a great rate of $129 per room (per night) and need to find a use for them.

I was thinking that it might be fun to have a small Corvette get-together while treating our spouses to a Valentine's weekend they'd love.

Let me know if you're interested, or have any ideas for what we could do. I can get more rooms as necessary, but definitely need to fill the 10 I have booked. IM me if you need my phone number.

I have heard great things about this place. I think my wife and I are going in April for our 6yr anniversary though.

Yes, it's beautiful there...

The rooms are all nice...I think the worst rooms have a couch, tv/radio, and a nice window :)

Well Pace, I just told my wife about this thread and now Valentines might be more of a reality than April! Also, I can play golf at a cheaper rate than after April so I will let you know about one of your rooms soon.

I dont know how much cruising I will get to do since my wife and I are expecting, but if we can, we will!

Maybe we could get a few Corvette's from the Atlanta area to go. My wife would be love to go.

Is this event happening? Is there going to be a dinner get together? We live in Hendersonville, NC and would come for dinner, etc. but not stay overnight. :party:

My wife just informed me she has to work that day. I can't believe it, was looking for some fun up in the mountains. Hope whoever goes has a good time. Guess I'll be watching the BGN race from Daytona.
