3rd Annual Family Weekend
Golf Tournament

GENERAL INFORMATION

DATE: Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003

PLACE: Patriots Point Links

TIME: 7:00a.m. Continental Breakfast
8:00a.m. Tee Off
1:00p.m. Lunch (approx.)

COST: $75 per person includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, prizes and lots of fun
Lunch only fee- $10 (for non-golfers)

We make no money on the price of the golf tournament, only donations and sponsors. The golf course charges us $60 per player to play, and the other $15 is used up with food and prizes.

Parents, students and friends are welcome. Register as a foursome or a single; we will match you with other players

Also, the College of Charleston Rowing Team is currently seeking sponsors for the third Annual Parents Weekend Golf Tournament. This fundraiser for the team will help with travel costs, regatta fees, the purchase of new equipment such as boats, oars, and riggers, and also allow for the upgrading of existing equipment.

This year, we are offering Gold and Silver sponsorship levels. For $100, a Gold Sponsor will receive their name on a hole, placement of their name on the website, and verbal recognition at the tournament. For $50, Silver Sponsors will receive their name on a hole at the tournament.

I'm a freshman at the College of Charleston, and this is my first year rowing. Crew is probably the most fun I've had down here, and I'll stick with it until my senior year if it is still offered.

Please help us out. A single 8 seat boat costs at least $20,000 :crazy:

We, the Smoky Mountain Cruisers, always willing to help those in "need", passed the hat tonight at your favorite restaurant...... KRYSTAL.....and we came up with...well, suffice to say we want our name on TWO holes at your tournament....... HOWEVER .........we want, no, we DEMAND something (several) thing(s) in return.

In order for YOU, College ROW BOY, to collect the $$$, WE the SMC, want pictures of:

1) YOU and the FEMALE row team!

2) A photo of YOU and the "ROOMMATES!

3) A photo of YOU and the "HOT BABE" that "gave you" her # and went the "concert" with.......WALKING NO LESS! Just how far WAS IT to the "concert"?

4) MY lawn gets MOWED!!!!!!!

5) and VIDEO of you actually DOING all of these things!!!!!!!!

After the photos are POSTED and ONLY after they're posted, and my lawn gets mowed, will you receive a check in the amount of $250 from us....
