If you plan to go to the cruise in in May, you need to get signed up for Roscoes BBQ. The first night is limited to 125 people and he already has 60 signed up, it is not to be missed

If you're coming to the Cruise-In with us and are leaving on Wed morning as we did last year, you wanna make sure to sign up for this!

Having the Misfits pull in to BG en masse last year was awesome!!!! And it's not to be missed this year for sure!!

I'd love to have 15-20 cars on the trip up....make your plans now!!!!!

Mark: I have been thinking of going, but the other day when I went on the web site for the cruise in, it said registration was closed. Is it still open for people that just show up?
How long of a drive is it to get up there?
And, is there still rooms available?
Oh, yeah, and how much does it cost or is every event they have going a separate fee?

that registration is from last year.....this years hasnt opened yet....

It is about 1000 miles from here....last year we left Tampa at 5 am and pulled in around 6 or 60 pm

rooms are available at the hampton

You can sign up for the events you want so you dont have to do everything

Do you do the entire 1000 miles in one day? Or, do you stop along the way and start again Thurday monring?

we're up in one day.....it's about 750 miles if I remember correctly and we do it in about 11-12 hours :D

it may be smaller than last year for the Misfits but don't worry Ken....people are signing up for a lot of events, like the 50th, etc.....we'll get 'em :D

Guess I'll have to Ken...I need to break the trip in two...my thought is to drive as far as I can, grab a room and finish the next day with you guys...once y'all get your route set I'll have a better idea where we can hook up.. :D

we will be staying in Gainesville on the way up(since we are far south) and also stopping on the way back....last year we stopped in South Georgia but it was a dry town :bs We will likely do the same route as last year. I was gonna start the 'official' thread with info so we could plan but I figured if I started this early people might think I was strange :D I cant help it....Im excited :yesnod:

thats what I was thinkin.....keep up or catch up.......we could probably cut our travel time.......especially because of that construction we hit in Tennessee :rolleyes:
