Default DC Area Shop

Hey everyone!

I am new to the Forums, and recently purchased my C6 Z51 a little over a year ago. I have been previously bringing it back to NY to have my old shops handle it there, but I think its time to find someone everyone trusts in the DC/NOVA/MD area.

Is there anyone that works on Corvettes specifically or it's at least a specialty of theirs?

Look forward to hearing everyone's inputs.

Thanks!

James

I down here in Florida. No body has given you any advice.
Here is what little that I know...Vette shop in Gaithersburg
and Annapolis. Talk to some local vette clubs about them and
look in the phone book. Give each a call and feel them out.
You might go over to their shops to see their operation.
No Va. vette shop has a bad reputation----Good Luck.

Tony's corvette in Gaithersburg MD is a well known shop but they charge big bucks, and have big attitudes to go with it. I had my 89 in there years back and they botched the work.

I've heard good things about Cooper Corvette in Triangle VA but have never been there personally.

There's a shop in Chantilly VA (can't remember the name) but according to previous posts on here they had attitude as well.

Really depends on where in the DC you are located. Do a search in this section and you will find lots of opinions.

I take mine to Cooper Corvette in Triangle VA for things I can't do myself.
