Hard to believe not a drop of rain fell in Hendersonville last night but rained everywhere else around Hendersonville. With that said our Corvette count was only 25 cars. Mike is doing this in 2015 with a cruise in June,July,August for a total of three cruise in's. I will post the 2015 dates some time in April so those that want to attend can make plans. We also plan to send travel and tourism brochures to Corvette clubs within a four hours drive.

Wish I could have attended, but still working on transmission issues that are keeping me off the road.

We need to put together another run soon. Down to the C3 now. Sold the DPM C4 to a guy in NY.

The last cruise I participated in was the one we all took to the winery 4 years ago. My vette has been off the road since Feb 2011 getting a lot of work done. I've been telling my new wife how much fun it is to cruise with other vettes. As soon as I get the tranny issue sorted out, I'll be looking to participate in more events.

Now that you are down to a C3 only, you get to ride in a "real" vette every time you take a drive

Hey Jim,
Some of us from down here are taking a trip to Lake Lure and headed to Asheville for an overnighter on October 18th.

Want to meet us somewhere? Not even sure yet where we are going or where we are staying yet.

Jim sorry to hear you are leaving our area but you won't be very far away. Stay in touch and get that tranny fixed.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll get the Ford T5 tranny installed soon enough. That'll fix my tranny issues.

I'll still be in Asheville on a regular basis. Between visiting my 15 year old son, camping and hopefully auto crossing at the Ag Center, I'll be around quite a bit.
