New to Knoxville
Good morning everyone, I am moving to Knoxville in May for work and wanted to know if you had suggestions for where to live.
I am looking to rent a property or town home with a 2 car garage. My only stipulation is I need to be within 20 minutes of the hospital.
Any suggestions or advice is appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Which hospital?
There are several.
Quite a few 'town houses' (some for rent) are available through out the city. Some have two car garages. I'm not real familiar with the rental properties in town, but I do know the city well.
I'd be more than happy to help you with most things.

You're best bet (probably) will be in the Alcoa/Maryville area.
That Hospital is near downtown Knoxville and the University but across the Tennessee river from both. Housing should be plentiful in that area.
