Default Corvette Expo Sevierville Tn

It's almost that time for the fall expo.
As usual, I have mapped out the Friday night cruise route starting at 6:00 PM, following the event. It's about 50 miles around the lake and near the mountains. We'll end at Calhoun's in Pigeon Forge, one of the local area's upscale BBQ and steak restaurants. There will be ample reserved Corvette parking. Nearby there are literally hundreds of other restaurants available if you wish something different than Calhoun's.

There will be venders, show cars, parts and car corrals and food availables on the expo grounds. As usual the park and show will allow onsite parking for Vettes, with awards presented to the DJ's choice of cars.

This year, my 57 white two top T-bird will be auctioned as lot #32 in Saturday's auction. It will have a low reserve, as it's time to move it on.

Steve

I'll be there Friday and Saturday. So far looks like there will be good weather on those day. Usually a good show.

This excuse is in no way acceptable Your future Bride/Husband should be well aware of your priorities BEFORE you tie the knot. It's time to lay down the law and delay your honeymoon. If you don't take action now you will be forever a wupped little puppy.

Expect a lot of old folks in matching Corvette Jackets.

On the other hand, expect a lot of bad *** Vettes!

Me too, also taking weekend off from work/deer season to take the wife to the mountains. We rented a cabin in Pigeon Forge for the weekend

Coming up Friday afternoon/evening depending on what time Wife can get out of her office.

Headed to IL in mid Nov for deer hunt so figured I BETTER take HER somewhere so I slid one in with when I saw the Corvette Expo and she loves that area.

Looking forward to it, just hope I got time to get the Vette washed and waxed before the trip

How much time can you really spend at the show? Is it actually a good size gathering?

Honestly you can look the show over in about 4-5 hours......but the fun part is like Dee said people watching.

There was one gentleman there last show with a full 80's mullet. He actually appeared on mullets.com as one of the primo poster boys back when that website was up and running. It has since been taken offline

The best part was his multicolored 1978ish vette with what appeared to be air shocks on the rear, all while sporting 33x12.5x15 mud kings!
