Road Rally/ Scavenger Hunt to Benefit St. Jude Childrens Hosp.**PICS ADDED**
Registration Now Open
Here we go again....if you participated in the last 2 you know what to expect
Route planning is underway!! As usual we end up at a local eating establishment for food and drinks
Cost per car will be the same as last year, extra $$ for St Jude is always welcome
FREE Cruisin' For St Jude T-shirt (limited sizes M, L, XL ,) for the first 25 people registered....
Remember Corvettes are not required to participate so tell your friends!
When:June 8th, 2013
Check in starting at 8:30am .....drivers meeting 8:45...first car out at 9AM...
This is a Rain or Shine event…Corvettes don’t melt!
Teams will consist of at least 2 people (driver and navigator)if you choose to bring a vehicle other than a Corvette you can bring as many as you like.
Cost is $30 per car all proceeds go to St Jude Children’s Hospital
We will be starting at the same place.... Starbucks 2560 N McMullen Booth Rd Clearwater Fl 33761

We are so in! This is a really fun event! Paid but I forgot to enter "For Road Rally" I drive better than I read apparently :p

This was a beautiful cruise last year.
You really need to have two people. A driver and a scavenger finder.
I did it last year by myself, and although it was a beautiful drive, I had to give up looking for clues to drive safe.
The course was some really nice back roads for fun driving.

I have not been a part of this prior, but I will this year. I will also place it on our club web site calendar and mentioned it at next weeks general membership meeting.

I sent an email to the BACC President this evening but it would be great if you could bring it up. I am encouraging people to prepay so I will have enough copies of routes printed out...I always bring extra for people who show up day of but I prefer not to rely on that as we almost ran out last time.
It is also helpful when I contact the restaurant.

For the Newbs, just make sure your co-driver can read and doesn't skip lines.

This sounds like fun but I have never done this type of event. Can you give me more details on how things work in a road rally/scavenger hunt?
