Any vendors want to provide any goodies for goody bags or door prizes ?

Or, even sponsor part of the show ?

Our major sponsor will be Serra Chevrolet of Birmingham, Alabama

shirts will reflect sponsors and announcments will be made during the activities

There is a VERY GOOD CHANCE! I would love to come there.

So that everyone knows, I've not been traveling or advertising tuning trips as my Dad is losing a

long battle with Alzheimer's. While it's been a very long battle, recently things have gone downhill.

That being said...

What I've been doing recently is keeping a log of "REQUESTED TUNING LOCATIONS" and logging

names and phone numbers of interested people so that when I am free to travel again I'll be able

to reach out to those that are interested much easier.

This goes for ANY TRIP, ANY CITY, ANY TIME: Please feel free to call me if you're interested

and get on a "no obligation" list. If it looks like names begin to pile up for a particular city or event

we'll be able to connect easily and nobody misses out.

I love BIG car shows and club events and if there is interest, I can make myself available for 3

or 4 days in a row. One day at a show and 2 or 3 days elsewhere. I've done it all and it's always fun.

Please feel free to call me any time if you're interested.

Stay TUNED!

there's also the 'Dega event that we have penciled in if both cars are done by then
that would be a fun thing to do as well
and we are gonna try to make this one (work permitting)

Chuck,
Hopefully you can make this happen... The bash thursday and friday and then our club show on Saturday I too will be doing both and plan on driving back home late friday after the reveal and car show at the museum. Its only a 4 hr drive from BG to Birmingham as I do it several times a year. 3 hrs south of Nashville.

Please get me the details for all the events and anyone interested please call me soon so we can

start building the interest list.... Without people expressing interest (by calling me) I can't tell if

it's something I need to do...

Love the museum trips.

For anyone needing rooms, here is the info:

Courtyard Marriott
3665 Roosevelt blvd
Birmingham, Al 35235

205 661 2280

$104 per night group code MACS

this is a nice place close to eating places and shopping; it is about 7 - 9 miles from the show location;

if you have another place to stay, that's fine, there are no special activities planned at the motel

Hey, great

We have already received forms from a number of you from that area.

Did we mention :free food ? hot dogs, chips, cola drinks

There are 4 or 5 tall trophies that will be given to special vettes. May have to leave the tops out to get them home.
