[Nashville] When do you want to run the trace?!?!
Ok guys! I had a couple people say that they would like to go eat at Copeland’s. I think this is a great idea! I love their food!
Kelly and I thought of making a day of it. Make a run down the trace, maybe get off the trace and go to Shiloh. Shiloh is an old military cemetery that I for one have always wanted to go to. From the start of the trace Shiloh is about 130 miles or so. I am thinking we meet up at the Lovelace Hotel, and cruise down to Shiloh, Cruise back and eat at Copeland’s. If we leave around 9:00 am we could get to Shiloh around 12:00. We can pack a pick nick eat there, and then drive back. We could get back to Cool Springs area around 5 if we take our time, and check out what the trace has to offer. We could eat dinner, and then part ways or go to the Saturday night Back Yard burger deal.
Does this sound like something we would like to do? Please let me have your feedback!
Please vote on the dates below, these dates are the onlt ones avail for Kelly and myself!

Thank you for this past Saturday, Adam!! Really enjoyed it.
I'm thinking that with the Forum Cruise-in on the Memorial Day weekend doing something too soon after that might be a bit more than my wife would be willing to accept? The 22d would offer more than enough "event separation", but I could probably squeak by on the 15th as a second choice.

For me I know the 22nd is out. I will be preparing for the biggest event I have ever worked, and would honestly like to have a weekend of not doing anything. So lets count that weekend out.
Weekend I feel we can do this.
June 1
June 8
June 15
Anything after that would be getting a little to close for comfort for me...

Matt: I agree....the more participation the better, but maybe on the 8th the NCC can add this event to the calander. This will not be a NCC event. This is a Corvette Forum Regional Event. We are not a part of NCC, and that is what some people like. Many of the Nashville people are a part of the NCC, but many Nashville Corvette owners are not, so we need to respect when they would like to go also.

I truly meant absolutely no insult or offense when I made my suggestion.
Matt, I feel the same way about the more cars the better. I also was not trying to insult nor offend. My intent was to just say that I personally am not interested in participating in an NCC event. Nothing more, nothing less. My other thought was just that it is near impossible to schedule things that do not conflict with other events in the area - giving several dates as options would hopefully help ensure larger numbers.
I am removing my previous post as I do not want to cause any misunderstandings....especially with someone I enjoy seeing at most gatherings we have.

My apololgies, Adam. I'd totally forgotten about the 50th Anniversary kick-off the following week. I suspect you will be occupied prior to that! ;)
Of course, I've registered for that, too, but had totally forgotten about it. I have this here e-mail from "Adam Boca" I saved confirming my registration. Hm?
I've got stuff to do at the house, and being at the Forum Cruise-in on Memorial Day, followed by the Kick-off three weeks later doesn't leave me time to do the painting I've got to do. So, I'm going to have to pass on the cruise down the trace. BUT, I bet Linda and I could meet the group to eat at Copeland's.
