Wow Steve.
You just have the worst luck with these new vehicles. Maybe you should buy a Dodge truck next. Maybe even a Ford.

They are No better......I should not have bought the 1st year redesign!!!
I have never done it before......for this very reason.
The ABS module had machining chips in it!
It was a gremlin, so the service guys were trying hard. HQ neglected to inform everyone to be on the lookout for a few vehicle........

Ford, GM, Chrysler.. They all build 'em to last just long enough so we trade them in and start the cycle over again. :smash: :smash:

Tina's 2000 Blazer she bought brand-new has been repaired and repaired and repaired since she got it. New rear end, tail lights suddenly stop working, etc, etc. Every other month, it's something different. She takes it in for the warranty work and they "take another whack at it". She tried to invoke the lemon law with no success.

I feel safer in my old '87 Firebird and '94 Corvette than in her new Blazer. I hate SUV's anyway, but don't expect them to fall apart within 2 years.

That policy is screwed up royally about the $2,000.00 . Hope they do right by ya.

Steve that was pretty good how you got them to respond in writing! :yesnod: I guess they looked to see that you was from Virginia and just figured you for another hillbilly huh? Of course after that little demonstration at the Hooters in NN I can sort of understand why you have brake problems!

Steve I had a similiar problem with my 94 Z28. I fought and fought with them about the rear end being messed up but they would not listen. When I traded it in on the Impala the poor soul who bought it had the rear end replaced, out of warranty, due to failed gears. Makes you wonder just how long they will gaff you off to avoid paying the bucks to make things right. Good thing you have it in writing to jab them in the eye with it. Good Luck. :seeya

Well, by VA. law if it is brought up during the 3/36K warranty(It was & in writing as well) GM is bound to fix it again if it happens. Of course you fight with them to get them to do it, but with it in writing it is soooooooo much easier!
Ron, The video link doesn't work any more so , "What you talkin bout Willis????" :D :D
