Default Good car stereo installer, Charlotte NC area????

Who would you recommend, both for sales and installation. Yes, I am too lazy to do it myself.

Hey Joe. :)

I would say ''Tweeters''....(that is the new name) used to be called ''Audio Vision?? (I think!!)
OK..just talked to Hubby...OLD name was Audio Video Systems. :)
Alchemist did some sound competitions (before he had his Vette). That is who he dealt with.
I dunno what they are like now.

He said ''DON'T'' go to Freemans!!! He had some bad dealings with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few years ago I bought an Alpine unit from Custom Auto Sounds (I think was the name) down on Independance Blvd. They were a small shop, but did good work. Very nice installation in my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Rose,
How's the fiberglass work going??

Thanks Rose and Mark. I'm glad you mentioned to stay away from Freeman's. They are the most convenient to my house, so was giving them some thought. If this weather keeps up, we'll have to start up the Bucko's meetings!!!

Pretty good!!! got the ''wing'' on now...and the flares attached.
''Al'' is gonna do more fiberglassing this weekend...get the flares molded into the fenders.
 looks really ''bad'' right now...epoxy glue all over the place...but it sure does work good!! would take a chisel and hammer to get the flares off now!!
It's really starting to come together!!! :D

Please don't make the same mistake I made by letting Circuit City Roadshop do the sales and install. The Alpine equipment is fine but it took 3 weeks for Carwell Automotive to straighten out the electrical problems C.C. caused, not to mention the $812 repair bill or anything like going without my car for all that time. :mad TWELL

Custom Auto DID do good work...but if it's the same shop i'm thinkin about...it was a victom of the Indy Blvd widening project. Was a shame too! The did good quality custom work.

Joe...if you're interested in the specific problem(s) i had with the "F" shop...i'll send ya an email. If you're interested in looking into "Tweeters"...i'll give you the name of the installer you want to do your work. TOP NOTCH attention to detail! ;)
