Arkansas peeps...........need info about NW AR
Bella Vista- area.
I am considering buying vacant land in BV ARK.
Please post comments, positive or negative.
I am considering buying a lot there and either building on in or rolling it into a property with a home on it in about 3-5 years.
I plan to use the investment in a LOT only at this time, as a hedge and as a financial parking place, more so than an actual growth expectation investment.
Please be direct and frank.
