Not sure what happened to you guys but I was in C-ville at 8:30, ran on up 250 to WVA and then headed back. I ran into a yellow C5 Z06, a silver C4, and a Black F body, swung around and caught up with them headed west for a few miles.
I was low on gas and headed for Staunton when I met them so had to hang a uuie and headed home from there.

Yeah man I had your number written down but I left it at the house on accident. I guess we should have been more clear on the meet up place since we all don't actually live in c-ville. We met up in Staunton around 10am.
That was definitely us that you saw and followed. It's too bad you turned around because we were less than 5 miles from where we stopped to rest and you could have filled up there. Your car looks really nice man, I wish I could have checked it out!

We'll hook up another time, it was fun trying to catch up with you guys From what I could tell you and I would have had some fun. The F body was struggling a little on the twisties but you were scooting out of the turns nice until you ran up on traffic

haha.. yeah i can be a pretty bad influence when it comes to riding the twisty roads! Gotta have fun!
Let me know when you're free to come over here again and we will make it happen for sure. Again man, nice ride! What size tires do you have in the rear? After you passed I looked back and they looked huge under there

Stock ZR-1 size 17" 315s but the BFG KD's are actually as wide as Kumho 335 race rubber? Go figure? They stick pretty good on dry roads like today
The locals and tourists were pretty good about pulling over when I ran up on them today. I had a real nice run over thr mountains and back before I met you guys I always get a kick out of passing and pulling away from bikes even if they are couples on Harleys and touring bikes!

Cool man. Glad you had a good time over here, you deserve it driving all the way from the east coast. Anyway, like I said before, let me know when you're headed back over this way and we'll make it happen.

Anyone else from the Charlottesville area going on the Shenandoah Corvette Cruise (spring skyline drive) on the 16th? Maybe we could get a small cruise going to get there if anyone is interested.

To be honest with you man, I have no idea. I've only been in Winchester 3 times before and even then it was only for a couple minutes. I'm sure there is a local dealer there or if you're looking for a speed shop, I know there are some in NOVA. If you're looking to get big work done on your car, I recommend going to ECS in NJ. It's a haul over there, but worth it IMO.
