Default Hampton Roads: I need two rear shock bushings.

I replaced my shocks with Bilstein and used the stock bushings. Fast forward a day or two. Had a guy post on here needing some shock bushing. I had the Belstein bushings left over, so I gave them to him. Fast forward a few more days. I noticed a knock in the right rear as I went over bumps, so I pulled the rear wheels and saw that some how the stock bushing came out of the metal retaining bracket and was chewed up and destroyed. So now the car sets in the garage on jack stands until I can come up with two bushings.

Anyone have any lying around that is not needed? I can pay for them. Or, does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find some to buy??

Yep, got her fixed up last night. I was able to reuse the bushing. The bushing wasn't as bad as I thought after taking it out.

I forgot to put the washer on above it and that's what caused the issue. I'm a dumb a$$

How's it going?

Glad to hear you are back on the road. All going good for me, missed you at Richmond drag strip, it was fun. You should stop by for a cold one next time you visit the future in-laws, I am just around the corner from them.

Been busy with the lawn "honey do list". Best looking landscaping in the cul-da-sac I'll try and make it to the next event at Richmond.

I'll shoot ya a PM next weekend. I'll be over that way

This weekend I have to work (Oct 4, 5), otherwise I would be at the MACC race on the 4th.

I tried it Sep 20th, it was a blast, you should consider cruising up to it if you have the time.
