The Corvette Parade will be kinda short lived this year.

I'd go but the local car club has there show the same weekend. Is there much going on sunday at the show?

Sorry.
Sunday is usually a pack up, check out of the hotel and head home day.
If the weather is nice there will be several who live in the area stick around and take in Gatlinburg.

I just heard of this a few weeks ago..my co-worker mentioned it..said, "its the biggest Corvette thing around" I said ....uhhh " I am on the largest Corvette board on the net and have never heard of it...what the name of it?" she didn't know

anyway I will be going to St Jude the following week...

It's put on by the East TN Corvette Club out of Knoxville TN. GREAT group of people. Really know how to have a good time. Proceeds go to the Angel Tree Network.
This is the 30th year for Vette Fest.

Might not be the biggest, about 100-125 cars last year, but it's always on my "go to" list.

Should be there around noon on Friday. Always a fun weekend. Used to be huge, but got too big to manage.

The trees are starting to turn colors, the party will be fun. the parking lot is usually full of Vettes from all over the area. Hopefully gas will be more available by then. right now most stations have gas, and it runs from $3.38 for regular to about 3
$3.52. Add $.20-.39 for premium 100% gas in the East Tennessee area. i've heard of supply problems in surroundig areas though. (due to hurricane a few weeks ago.)

I live in Pigeon Forge and we have not had any gas shortage issues in about three weeks. Premium as I type this on the Parkway is $3.72 at the Shell.
I will be there Friday and Saturday, round trip to G-burg is 11 miles...
