Corvette Car Show, July 26, Winchester, VA.

Please join us on July 26th, 10-3, at Grove's Winchester Harley-Davidson, 140 Independence Drive, Winchester, Va. 22602 for our 3rd annual charity car show to benefit the local SPCA. $10 to enter with all proceeds going to the SPCA. Trophies, Live music, vendors, food and tethered hot air balloon rides. Cars can begin to arrive at 9:30.
Jeanett with WHD is looking for Corvette vendors to participate. If you are interested or know of anyone, please contact her at 800-777-4275.

Wish I could go, but a group of us NVCCers are heading up to Sylvan Beach for the annual Vettes at the Beach show. My dad lives there and this is our one father/daughter Corvette event that we do every year and I really can't miss it.

So how's the 'foodage' situation at this event? BYOF or is there a nice BBQ joint across the street? Mmmmm... BBQ ..... (I guess some goodTexas BBQ would be asking too much huh?)

They have tons of vendors ... and in fact, I ate a pulled pork sandwich last year along with the free monster drinks they were giving away.

Should we get an ODCC contingent together this morning and head over there? (I need to know what we are doing no later than 8:15 in order to be in South Riding area by 9am.)
