Don't forget Vettes at the Light
Don't forget the Vettes at the Light, Saturday May 5, 2007. It's at the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, next door to The Volusia County Marine Science Center.

Ponce Inlet is a great show.
I hear they got the paving done so there should be less dust this year.
Will there be more space or will this sell out way in advance again this year?

We still officially have room for only the first 100 Corvettes that register... (however, last year we squeezed in 135).
You are correct, the big dust problem has been solved .. the Town paved the road into the park. The Town is also putting up a 20'x40' tent in the asphalt area so folks can get out of the sun. Also, we're adding more judges and plan to have judging completed by 12:30 so everyone can be free to enjoy the sights and attempt to climb the Lighthouse !!!
Hope to see a big Forum turnout this year at the show ....

We still have a few spots available for "Vettes" at the Light. Saturday, May 5th.. "Cinco de Corvetto"
Email me and I'll get you a Registration Form "muey pronto" .. We only Register 100 corvettes for the show ... But, I promise no Forum member will be without a spot for the show, even if we have to stretch it all the way to 105 entries ... LOL
We picked up the show's awesome trophies today from Denny at Pieczonka's Trophies in Largo. If you're looking for awesome trophies, Denny is the guy to get them from.

Thanks to the CKCC folks for putting together another great show. I am looking forward to your 40th anniversary show in October.
Anyone know the status of the Ponce Inlet show; is space still available, how many cars are signed up so far?
Rumor has it there is an open car show in Longwood on Saturday the 28th. Does anyone have any information on this or know where I might find more info?

Ponce Inlet show is almost sold out...BUT, we can always find room for Forum Folks I'll be mailing out dash cards, directions and info packets to the Registered Corvettes tomorrow, Tuesday and probably Wednesday... Soooo, if you want to come email me ASAP so I can get you on the list.
Besides great people and awesome cars, we will have some real neat items up for Silent Auction. Some 3 day cruises, some two day cruises, a Nintendo Wii (ask your kids or grandkids), and even a Richard Petty Driving Experience - Daytona Super 16 (16 laps over 2 sessions) just to name a few...
Should be lots of fun.....
