Real Estate Investor Relocating to South Carolina..
Hello all,
I've been living and investing (single family residential homes) in Michigan for the last 15 years. The market has fallen on it's face... and looks like it can't get up
I'm going to be touring South Carolina for the next 10 days for vacation and to seek a city for potential relocation. Along the way, I'm trying to meet some people that are familiar with real estate investing that might be able to meet for a couple of hours. Maybe offer a tour of the area of investment oppurtunity, show off a current or past project, followed by something to eat or drink on me.
I would prefer meeting with someone that has done a couple of deals that involve purchase, rehab (of any level), and selling or renting the property.

I'm covering quiet a bit of ground since there is so much to see and do down here...
I'm planning on time in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville (maybe), and Charlotte NC... I'm keeping an open mind for the time.
