Default Junkyards in Tampa area?

I am looking to pick up a used q-jet to rebuild, but have been having a terrible time finding a junkyard that would have one. As a matter of fact, I am having a hard time finding a yard at all. Seems like they are not really up on this "internet" thing and are difficult to locate online. Anyone have a suggestion on where to look? A you-pull-it place would be excellent as well so I could go digging through the options.

Thanks!

Look up Sunshine Corvettes in Dade City. Big vette salvage yard. Happy hunting.

Forum sponsor Gene's Kar Shop is in Tampa. Not sure if he'd have something that old, but if not he probably knows who does.

Copher's U-Pull-It. They have a yard on Causeway Blvd near 50th. Also used to have one in Clearwater, St Pete and between Sarasota and Bradenton.

I actually work right around the corner from this place and know Mike well. He unfortunately doesnt have anything.

Thanks for all the other suggestions. I will likely be in Dade City on Saturday for their monthly cruise-in, so I may give Sunshine a call.

I was there last October.
It's now under new management. Let me know if you need a phone number, and I'll look it up.

I was at Cophers U-pull-it in Clearwater 2 weeks ago. There was a 1984 Camrao Z28 with the 5.0 Liter HO in it, and sitting right on top was a Rochester carb. I think they were the 795cfm's. I remember thinking "Wow, that's a good carb to be sitting out here". Unfortunately, I have a strict policy about buying used parts I don't need. (My wife would kill me).
