With a recent engine rebuild and either a blower or turbo, new gears (you'll need them ), the new house payment, etc, that check probably won't be for too much

I say you're car is screaming for an F1 with 12-15# boost and a 50 shot to hold me off once My bottom gets forged--you can keep your license plate too!

Still can't wait to line'em up at the strip once it's together.

I'll be up at QSL this weekend, but not in the vette..............it's in BOS transformation

Trust me the bill comes every month for it. I don't have the piece of mind you do with a tow rig and trailor though. When you have to pull 4k out to fix your car unexpectedly, you have to let the racing go for a while

Think I'm staying with just 12# for now as I'm using z06 ported heads. The dish pistons bring my CR down to 9.5:1 but more than 12#'s and I stand a chance of lifing my heads. Now when I eventually go with the AFR thick deck 225cc heads then 18 lbs would not be a problem.

BOS Transformation.....hmmmmm....so what show are you doing before the Autofair??

Andy--I got a tranny, stall, and tranny cooler in place of the race tires/wheels. Getting them to and fro was the biggest issue though.

Rick-- :lol --calling you out on this one. Leave your KDs on there and let's see what happens. To compare times with Rcompound and street tires is apples to oranges. Sorta like what it will be like when you get use to 12# and my new set up comes along

Competing with "NITRO(less)C5 in Best Of Show isn't hard either if the judges know what to look for, but that's apples to oranges too

Rick I am surprised More was able to get to your car down there this past week. I know my car has had them baffled all week on the dyno with no signs of figuring out what is holding the car back.

But I did see your car down their yesterday and it looked about ready to go.

I think judging will be better this time. We're working on a sheet for judges to follow. Hopefully, it will make things more objective.

I asked Tom to get me a copy of the judging guidelines that was used at the Irmo show. He thought it was a good method for judging. From what he told me, I agreed and asked him to try and get me a copy to review. Whether we can use this type of system with our simple trophy (all "Show Winner") plan, I'll have to see. Maybe we can incorporate it into a more creative judging scheme for next Spring's AutoFair.

Auto Fairs are your baby Mark...do wha'cha want. If you want concorse judging it's ok by me...just thought we were "more" than clean cars.

We are "more" than clean cars, we're clean Vettes and good friends.

Hey Rick, I met this girl who misses you. She thought you liked women in shape and went all out. Now she's heart broken that you got married.
