9/4/05 Charlotte area - Hooters!

I was talking with DashZ06 this evening and we decided to meet at the Concord Mills Hooters on Sunday (September 4th) at 1:00. Everyone is welcome.

I believe that it is just down the road from Lowes Motor Speedway near the Quaker Steak & Lube. I think that is Speedway Blvd. off of I-85. Hopefully Donovan will chime in with better directions.

I'll be away from the computer for a couple hours...I am painting the bedroom (Red)

I hope to see a few of you there.

My vette is still dirty from VIR.
This will probably be the last time time I get to drive the car for a while, I will probably be on huricane Katrina detail for the next 2 years.

I'd love to be there, but gas is a problem here in Lake Wylie. It seems everyone from NC came here and bought all our gas.

I didn't even go racing.

So Dash, when are you heading to the Gulf Coast? TWO YEARS!!!??? Are you moving there? Sounds like you'll have enough money to really mod your Z.

It's on the same side of Speedway Blvd as Quaker Steak...a couple hundred yards further down towards the speedway.

Target shooting? At your place? What type of guns are you shooting or is it the bow?

Should know for sure by the end of next week if I'm going. It will take a while to rebuild the infastructure. Some friends of mine were gone for a year to rebuild after Andrew.

Not moving there just going to work there.

No point in moding my Z when I could put a new Z under it (garage lift)

You don't need to buy a lift...you can store your car at my place. I won't drive it....really

You are more than welcome to join us! Keep an eye out for posts here in the Southeast Forum that begin w/ [RCG]. There are also some other great clubs in Charlotte. You need to check some of them out!

Come on out on the 10th to the monthly meeting and meet the gang, or at least some of us. Even if you don't have your Vette ready, come in any car, we'll park you next to the dumpster.

(We'll explain about dumpster parking when you show up).
