Default Driveshaft shop in Woodstock/ATL

Hey guys, I'm doing the 4+3 to ZF conversion and when I pulled my driveshaft off the little bearings in the U joint went flying everywhere...

I need a good driveshaft shop that can repair that, and put the new yoke on for me as well. A balance check would be nice too!

Any good priced suggestions?

Thanks!

No one in ATL knows of a decent drive shaft shop? How about ANY shop where I can get the drive shaft worked on?

Hey man.

There is a place in Marietta called I believe "Marietta Drive Shaft". Its off of 41 near 575/5 interchange if I'm not mistaken. Look up in the phone book and you should find them. They do great work.

Oh yeah, Come on over to The Peach State Posse.

If MDS does not suit your needs, try giving MTI Racing or Lamar Walden Automotive a call. The Posse's had good luck with them and they might be able to give you some ideas on a way ahead.

I suspect if LWA can't do it - they have a pretty complete machine shop, they will know who to contact. Ask for ROb.

And as others have said, come visit www.peachstateposse.com

If you need u-joints. I'd call up http://www.tomsdifferentials.com/ and order some spicer u-joints without grease fitting as they're stronger. The spicers are much beefier than the brute force u-joints most places sell.

R6MN people everywhere, I tell you!

I missed the thread about your trade. I saw somewhere you got a new ride. Didn't realize it was a Vette. I just bought a '02 Black MN6 a few weeks ago, so I've started lurking here a little to educate myself.

The 6 is staying in the stable this weekend.... I'm headed to Barber for two days of fun on the Gixxer.
