I was thinking about having a Corvette Forum Dyno Day in August... proabably the 20th or 27th.
It will be $50 for 3 pulls with the wideband o2, for your air/fuel. You will also receive a color printout of all 3 runs.
Anyone interested in doing this?
Depending on the date, I am interested. My daughter's birthday is Friday the 19th, so I can't do the 20th. I would love to see some numbers since the rebuild.

The 27th works for me but here's a dumb question-do you mean in August or in September?
Also what would you charge to do an LS2 engine tune and the info to do the A4 automatic too?
We were going to try to do this in August, but you see that there was not really any interest... if you guys want, we can maybe do a DynoTune Day. Seems like anyone who was interested was also interested in getting some tuning as well.

I get to meet you 2morrow Dino.
Seems that Steve has reserved your dyno for me to tune a nasty 427 he just finished.
Won't take 2 hours either, I use HP Tuners.
If we're going to do a DynoTune Day, then let's limit it to 4-5 cars. That will give us a couple of hours for each car, which is the norm.
Normal cost of a DynoTune is $500... for the dyno tune day, we will make it $400.
This sounds good to me, cost wise; oh, do you also have to program the Automatic transmissions and do you have a program to do that yet? I have a C6 auto; please let me know when this will occur, I'd like to participate for sure. Oh, lastly, what do you do for those of us with the new vettes regarding the warrenty by tuning the computer in the cars? will the dealer know it's been changed which probably will affect warrenty?
Appreciate your answer to these questions.

The software for auto's is not available yet... should be another week or two before that's out.
Depending on what you do to the car, depends on your warranty. Alot also depends on the dealership you take it to. By law, the modification has to have caused the problem, in order for them to void the warranty. Some dealers don't want to hear that, though.... they will fight you every step of the way. So know your dealer well before you mod your car.
