Tampa/Clearwater inspector needed...

Hello everyone, I am trying to buy a car on Ebay from a used car dealer in Clearwater Florida, would anyone be willing to do a visual inspection of the car for me. Yes, I would do it myself, but I am in Dallas and I don't have the time to do this. I am planning on just shipping the car to Texas. The auction ends tonight.

The seller is willing to let me have someone look at it before it is shipped.

I trust most people who read these forums as being somewhat familiar with Corvettes and I would be willing to compensate you for your time.

Let's see the main things would be:

1) significant swirl marks in the black paint

2) brakes in decent condition?

3) significant scratches, signs of repainting, etc.

FYI the car is a 1998 triple black vert, the used dealer auction uses the words "Extra Clean" for both inside and outside condition.
