There's alot of questions about the brake duct install again so I'll post the templates for anyone who needs them. Caution: These are an exact template, so do not let your printer scale to fit. It will extend beyond the printable edge and that's how it should be. By reducing the image it will affect the fit.

Instructions for template: line up the cross mark keys and tape both pages together. Cut out the center section and bolt holes and then over lay it onto the actual ducting. If it fits, trace it over to poster board or the cardboard from the box they were shipped in for your actual template. Use the same template for both sides so that the position is symmetrical and consistent. My ducts did not come with the nuts to install them with: They are 8mm (M5) and you can find the rubber-backed washers and nuts at Home Depot.

The distance from the outer plastic duct duct edge to the body seam-line (door edge and top edge)is between 1/2"-5/8" as measured on factory Z06s.

hmmm...just measured your templates to another set I had, one of the two is off a little, close enough...but one center cut-out on the lower pointed end is bigger. Don't know if it would matter or not

Once you print it and transfer it to card stock paper make sure it fits your plastic duct. There will always be some variation in manufacturing. Measure twice, cut once.
