[Thank You !!!] 2004 Corvettes Against Breast Cancer Ride a Huge Success
The Corvettes Serving America [CSA] Foundation would like to take this time to thank those of you that participated in the Corvettes Against Breast Cancer Ride held on October 2, 2004.
From the laps on the track at the Atlanta Motor Speedway
To the outrageous 40 mile caravan to Cobb Parkway Chevrolet
To the Air Force fly over during the National Anthem
To the Corvette Only car show
To the Corvette Accessory raffle / give-away, your support made this event an overwhelming success.
Participation in this year’s event increased three-fold to more than 300 participants; the contribution levels increased ten-fold! Donations of goods, services, and cash for the 2004 event exceeded $30,000. Your generous donations allowed the CSA Foundation to continue to heighten awareness for the fight against breast cancer. Your participation resulted in generous donations being made to the following breast cancer survivor groups and foundations:
- The Wellness Community (Atlanta Chapter)
- The Grady Foundation
- Silent Alarm
- Sisters By Choice
- Men Against Breast Cancer
Corvettes Against Breast Cancer III is scheduled for October 8, 2005 and will include more events, more entertainment, more give-away's, and of course the very popular…hot laps at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.
New for 2005, we are also planning a 4000 mile (round trip) road rally / pledge drive from Atlanta, GA to Las Vegas, NV entitled "Voyage to Vegas."
This event is scheduled for May 2005 with proceeds again being donated to the fight against breast cancer. More details concerning the "Voyage to Vegas" will be released later this week.
Words cannot express our true appreciation for your support and thoughtfulness. To put feelings into positive action is a powerful antidote for hopelessness. Again, thank you for your contribution and participation.
The CSA Foundation wishes you and yours a Happy New Year and hope to see you October 8, 2005 at the Corvettes Against Breast Cancer Ride III.

Could only make the show this year, but all I heard were RAVE reviews about the laps on the speedway and the caravan!

Marvin, Cha Cha and the entire CSA group,
You all did a great job in 2004 and I know that you all will find a way to make it even better this year.
I have recruited some more folks to join in this year since they now know how much fun that can be had in the name of a worthy cause.
We're looking forward to some more laps, some more B. O. O. B. S. and raising some more money to benefit the fight against cancer. See you in October.
