Default Motor / Trannie Break in...

It will be time, hopefully soon, to break in my new motor / transmission. Any suggestions?

FYI:

383 Stroker, 4 bolt main 350, Edelbrock Performer RPM Pro-Flo efi, Edelbrock performer RPM complete heads 64cc, ISKY Racing Roller Cam, ISKY Valve Springs, Cloyes timing chain / cover, JE Pistons, Eagle crank <I Think>, roller rockers....

oh.. I like running synthetic oils, but For breakin isn't it important to use organic? If so what brands do you all reccomend...???

i use standard oil, and i'll change engine after 2nd heat cycle, then at
500 mile's and 1000, go to syn. at 3000... on trans do at the 1000
mile change and syn then if you want my 2 cents
