Default Black smoke inside cab??

I have been having trouble lately with black oil smelling smoke coming in on the passenger side fire wall. The only oil leak that I know of is a small leak from the oil pan gasket but that has been going on ever sense I bought the car. I can not find any oil any where and it only happens sporadically mainly at higher RPMs. Any thoughts???

I would have to guess back of intake manifold or valve cover on passenger side.

, somehow oil is getting unto the exhaust manifolds and burning off, most likely you need new valve cover gaskets, i had the same thing happen to me when i started my car up yesterday w/o the valve covers so i could adjust the valve lash, got oil on the exhaust manifold, and it started to burn off, i doubt its anything too serious, but just in case start up the car and carefully inspect to see where on the exhaust manifold its burning, and if you can see any oil leaking.
