If you have a double pulley on the crank and w/p you can run one belt between just the crank and w/p, and then one for all three.

Consider purchasing an assembly manual. I can't give a nod to the '69, but the AIM for my '68 lists all the possible engine/accessory combinations and diagrams the belt routings for each.

Sorry I don't know the specific belt (have used the same belt since I bought the car  ) , just remove the water pump pulley and slide the belt on it just before putting it back on, it is a snug fit.

Usually the race cars that run one belt on the crank & WP, the WP mounting holes allow some adjustment to tighten the belt.

Since your WP isn't adjustable, you need to figure out a way to route the belt around something that is adjustable, like the ALT or PS pump.
