Default Whale Oil

Does anyone out there know if there is a stock supply of the original Whale's oil for the vette rear end available anywhere?

It is called GM Positraction Additive and is available from your local
Chevrolet Parts Dept.

At one time I believe it was whale oil but In recent years they switched to another formula. I usualy takes two bottles of the new stuff. I useed a product once that Pep Boys carried. It was called Sta-lube and was make for posi. There had a additive also. I worked very good in the car I put it in. No chatter or hopping.

GM i think NAPA's comes from same supplyer

Yup. Check at your local 'real' auto parts store and they should have it. By real, I mean not AutoZone or PepBoys or one of those places.
