Default Picture of my '78-- Opinions?

Hi. I'm the newbie to the forum with lot's of questions. Thanks in advance for your help and advice!
Anyway, does anyone have any idea why my wife isn't as excited about this new "hobby" as I am?

Give her a little time and she will come around. My wife loves riding in the vette. She doesn't mind the vette at all. BTW, sharp looking vette you have. Looks very clean.

Looks great, you got about 10,000 twins out there. Welcome to the corvette world.

Fine ride. Some insight into price paid might give a clue as to why the wife is not so thrilled. Some women love to spend money, but hate to see it spent.

Looks good. My wife doesn't like mine either. She says that it's too hot and that she wished the interior was "nicer." My favorite quote from someone's wife on this forum is she calls her husband's Corvette his "disco piece of crap."

Nice, my wife has gotten used to it. Her favorite quote is "Why did you have to buy that part if the old one still works and now how much do you have in it". She loves to drive it and she has even made a few passes on the track.
Let her drive it and she'll be hooked, And she won't mind you speeding ever last penny on it to make it yours. Not to mention the hours in front of your PC looking at the forum. Good luck Vince

Nice car mate looks very much like my '82

As far as getting the missus to like it..... Hehehehe, if someone cals us up or asks us what we did on the weekend or something, if I've been working on the beasty, my missus says that she is/has been "doing the Corvette widow thing"

Is it a good thing or bad, that women in Saudi Arabia aren't allowed to drive...............

Sweet looking ride!

As far as the wife goes, I got rid of her a few years before I bought the Vette, both ideas seem to have been pretty good.

My girlfriend likes the Vette, of course I bought it from her Dad so she's pretty used to it!

Beautiful ride. One of my favorites (Can't you tell!).

A: Join a club where you go cruising with other couples and stop for food someplace new all the time. As my wife and sister-in-law say, to them it's "all about the food" and the company.

B: Get a license plate like this. It helps

Welcome!
My first word of advice is do not look at any mods that other people here are doing to their vettes or you WILL be spending a LOT of money.
enjoy
