Default window question

I just replaced all of the electronic switches in my 78 and I was testing the windows when after lowering the passenger side window, it wouldn't go back up. I tried the old switch and that didn't work either.
Any ideas why it wouldn't go back up and possibly a mechanical way of getting it back up until I can fix it?

Check voltage at the moter, if your not getting any, apply 12 volts to the pos terminal to roll up,

Default umm

i know my window used to get stuck....... i would look at the gears and mechanics to see if maybe a tooth is missing or if it needs to be greased up.... also check the window wires at the door hinge to see if they are broken.... mine were at it took me 3 days to figure it out after i switched switches and check the motor.........
