Default Some cam and valvetrain questions (again)

We pulled out our "origional cam" yesterday and it did not look like it was the stock cam, is there any way tell for sure? any gm casting marks? Also we found that 3 of the pushrods in our left cylinder bank were diffrent from the other 13, they had a tappered type ball end, while the other 13 were a single one piece design, so should i swap them all out and get new ones? I already installed my wilder cam and im planning on putting in stronger valve springs to handle the higher lift, so if i leave the old ones in there would i run a risk of bending a pushrod? Also is there any way to tell what kind of valve springs are in there right now and how much lift they can handle? Thanks in advance for any tips or advice
by the way its a 1979 L-48

Pushrods a pretty cheap, replace them all. You need to determine the gm manufacturer and they is usually a grind # on it although it could a custom job.
