Default Big Block Headers

Has any one found a header that will work with a BB in 78/79, etc.?
Hedman has a application showing but it is listed as side mount. Does that mean it will exit somewhere under the fender?

Why is the 78/79 different then the 75 say. I have hedmans in my 75, 2 inch tubes and they clear everything easily.
I run a hydraulic clutch so I don't have to deal with mechanical linkage in the way.

So, "side exhaust" means that it will come out on the side of the car like for a "sidepipe" application?

Since I'm running an auto, I'm guessing that headers from earlier Vettes will fit? I don't think the stearing box / frame has chained that much from say a 72 to 78?

Correct, not up front. BB & above headers & the smaller Hookers fit fine.
