I finally got my driver's side t-top weatherstripping and window to line up

I finally got my driver's side t-top weatherstripping and window to line up
Only took 2 years 
I tried aligning the window about four times but still had a gap up front. Took the t-top off the other night and unscrewed the weatherstripping to see if I could shim it. Somehow it missed me that the holes in the top were slotted Screwed it back in while pulling the weatherstirpping all the way towards the outside edge. Matches up with the window perfectly. No more drafty morning drives or water leaking in
