632" Big Chief: pics
I snapped a few pics this morning. Unfortunately, the car is still on the DynoJet and I don't want to disconnect it yet. The bad part is the exhaust picture is really poor. I could only get a side view. There will be more pics when the car is finally off the DynoJet.
Here are the numbers with different correction factors:
----------------rear wheel hp---rear wheel tq---flywheel hp---flywheel tq
---SAE-------------916.17---------755.52----------1085.50-------895.17
---Uncorrected----926.76---------764.25----------1098.07-------905.51
---STD-------------939.29---------774.58----------1112.90-------917.75
On pump gas, the rear wheel hp was 907.29.

Beautiful motor, beautiful work. I would love to see more pictures of how you ran the 4 muffler setup. It appeals to me to try and quiet my car down. I believe 4 2.5 exhuasts would be quieter then my 3 inch.
YOu do nice work.

Thanks everyone for the great comments. I am sure that most of you realize just how much work a project like this is.
I have been working on this 632 combination since August of last year. I work on this car/motor around 4 hrs a day during the week and 8 hrs a day on weekends. I love working on cars and am fortunate that I can spend this kind of time on it.
At any rate, I will definitely have more pics in the coming weeks that will give a lot more detail about the 4 muffler exhaust. For example, I spent a couple of days making the 4"oval to dual 3" round transitions. (That includes the first two failed attempts.)
