Default 3m superfast urethane question

I re-bonded the nose on my 78 this weekend and was looking for others who have used this product. I know it's like putting the horse behind the cart, but my previous post was not answered and I used the stuff yesterday. Soooo........
How long should I leave it clamped?
Does this stuff set up hard or stay pliable?
Any other info or advice?

Thanks

I've used this stuff on numerous things, and had GREAT success. Bonded metal to fiberglass, metal to metal, and rubber to metal with great results. It does stay pliable and cures in about 24hrs. I bonded the metal nose brace (holds headlight supports) to the front end and after two days I practically "hung" on the supports from underneith to test it. Didn't move!!! Getting it off your hands or "other" parts is another story....gott-a be carefull!!
Good Luck
Eddie

I have not used the product personally, but I have read their product literature on the website.

They have several products that set/cure at various rates.
I don't think any of them are over 24 hours.

Yours states 'superfast'. I have to assume this is a quick setting
version. It probably set in a couple hours.
