Default Electrical question on my 1968.

Hey guys!

My 68 is on its way to getting roadworthy. However I have run into a problem. I hopped in it a couple of days ago to fire it up and nothing. The battery is brand new, all the lights come on ie. brakes, turn signals etc. but the starter will not even turn over...nada!

How should I go about troubleshooting the problem? Possible causes?

Thanks!

Texxas

I first check power to starter, then is the power going to the solinod
when you turn the key.. may just be loose connection's , you've been
working on it

Your problem could also be the ignition switch. Stranger things have happened.
