I would start by making sure the interior lights are shut off when you close the doors. Sounds simple but easy to check. In the past I have taken a fuse out of the fuse box one at a time until at least I've narrowed it down a bit. Get a volt meter to check the drain over a couple of hours. If the battery is new , probably won't be the battery. However, vettes are pretty hard on them and could break the plates inside of them. Disconnect the battery and see if it holds a charge over night.

Also check the archives here, there are some past topics on this problem.

Good luck.

This happened to me and it was the interior light delay relay that was faulty, just an idea to look at.
