Side-pipes gone
Well it was tough to see them go but I took the JCWhitney pipes off this week. My BB was just not running very strong anymore with them and a trip to my friend with the chasis dyno proved what I was thinking. I was down 51hp over my original exhaust setup. I guess with the 2 inch pipe it would be ok with a small block but not so great with a Rat motor. Looks like I need to save some bucks and buy the real Hooker style?

phxraptor, I would like to sell them but don't have the shipping box anymore. Will look into it tomorrow. My muffler shop made special flex pipe to fit my block hugger headers that also would fit a SB with some mods. I can take a picture tomorrow and email it to you so you can check it out. I paid $200 for the pipes and another $175 for the labor to make them work. I would like to get $125 for the setup plus shipping. They also tack welded the straight pipe to the multi tubes in the back to keep them together. Let me know.....

2 1/2" pipes back to V-Force mufflers, very similar to Flowmasters I guess. The car sounded like it was exhailing through a couple of straws!
