I think this ebay seller is optimistic!!
Guy wants a starting bid of £8500.00, thats around $15700.00 
The car looks nasty with the hood vents

Probably could get a chrome bumper in that condition for nearly $16K.
Then again I really don't know the market on that side of the pond either.
