Default 1/4 Mile Fuel Pressure Question?

I am running the SlightlyWicked76 corvette at the track here in vegas tomorrow night and just have a quick question about the fuel pressure that I should run while I am dragging. I have a Holley 770 with a proform main body on top of a RPM Air Gap manifold. The fuel is being pushed by a Holley Blue electric fuel pump with a regulator under the hood. I usually run it at 7 PSI however I have heard that during drags runs I should lower it to around 6 PSI. Does any one know if there is any truth behind this theory? Also if any one else is running at the STRIP tomorrow night let me know there will be a few of us vette owners there. Thanks for any help.
