JBSBLOWNC5 Pulls on a Yamaha R1 and Does 185MPH on GPS *Video*
I went out with a few bikes today. We were in the high dessert at over 3000 ft above sea level and it was 92 out. I didn't do as well with some of the bikes, but this run was worth posting!!

The car felt nice and stable. I just installed the Vararam. I think it helped out at higher speeds...

as I expected the, R1 had you until you shifted to 5th
I didnt expect you to pull that hard in 5th gear though

Nice vid.
R1's are not in the hierarchy of fast bikes, they only top out in the low to mid 170 range, now I did see a bad bike there, it was a Suzuki Hayabusa that the guy with the black/white leathers was riding.
Did you try him on for size?

Let's see, Car is 3450lbs at around 700Fwhp
Busa on juice around 300Hp+ at 500lbs.
The real challenge is holding onto the bike.
Hey, Like I said in the beginning of the post, I didn't do as well with some of the other bikes.
These guys Really know how to ride their bikes and I give total props to them!!! They were all very cool!!

Just for legal paranoia you may want to black out the guys license plate on that video just incase some law enforcement type doesn't like the idea of 185 mph on a deserted but public road.
