I know that drag racers use mismatched wheels for drag racing. I was looking at some street corvettes (a 1969) with mismatched wheels. It looked cool. I have a 79 and am considering putting 18" wheels on the rear and 17" wheels on the front. I saw an ad in Corvete Trader that a vendor has chrome ZO6 wheels (replicas I'm certain) for $849 a set. The fronts are 17x9.5" and the rears are 18"x9.5. Which brings me to this question. Are the rear wheels on ZO6 corvettes larger than the front wheels?
